Terms & Conditions.


PEC policy of punctuality is paramount to our service levels and customer expectations. However, please understand that PEC cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

PEC licensed chauffeurs will drive at a safe and sensible speed at all times in accordance with road conditions and traffic and within the legal speed limits. All PEC licensed vehicles are GPS tracked and monitored to ensure passenger safety at all times.


Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of PEC vehicles or vehicles within our control and will be charged accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the said vehicle to working standard.

Smoking is strictly NOT permitted in any of PEC vehicles.

By supplying your e-mail address, you permit Privilege Executive Cars, to contact you via e-mail and we will never supply your e-mail address or any other personal data to any 3rd party without 1st gaining your permission.

PEC reserve the right to supply affiliates or their vehicles at any time should we require due to meeting customer requirements or any accident or breakdown and we will ensure that our affiliates arrive on time with the same or greater standard that we provide as a supplier.

PEC chauffeurs will travel the most appropriate route unless otherwise directed by the passenger.

PEC vehicles/drivers/affiliates are fully insured under our current fleet policy and public liability; however, we cannot be held responsible for customers/passenger’s property which are carried at their own risk.

PEC do hold a lost property policy where it will be held at our office address and returned to the client / passenger at the first opportunity if it cannot be returned immediately to the passenger / customer by the chauffeur.

PEC and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger or passengers who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and who’s behaviour poses a threat to chauffeurs, the vehicle or any other passenger.

Payment terms

PEC welcome account customers by prior arrangement with a strict 30 days policy and which are subject to VAT.

PEC accept credit card/ debit card payments in advance through our system or by telephone to the office without any charge and will issue a receipt once processed.

PEC accept cash payments and will issue a receipt if required.

Privilege Executive Care Limited will be shown on your receipt / invoice.


Cancellation policy.

If a booking is cancelled by a customer within 24 hours of the booking, then there is no cancellation fee. If a cancellation is within 2 hours of the booking then a 50% amount of the booking will be chargeable. If a booking is cancelled or there is no passenger at the time/place of the booking, then then the full amount is chargeable unless agreed otherwise.


The clients /passengers statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions – City Cars (June 2020)


The newly launched “City Car” Licensed Private Hire service launched in June 2020 to provide assistance to clients undertaking short journeys around the Leeds area in a safe, relaxed manner ensuring confidence to move around in an enclosed clean, safe and sanitised vehicle.

The following paragraphs outline the City Car local service Terms and Conditions which complements our Nationwide Chauffeur service and which operates with completely different Terms and Conditions and which are stated on our website.



Current Opening Hours

The current opening hours are from 06.00am to 20.00pm Monday to Friday. Our telephones will be manned within these hours and the cars will only operate between these times on the stated days for pre-bookings unless by prior arrangement.

We will revise the timings periodically to expand the service for the City Car service upon demand.

Telephone Booking

Bookings can be made by using the dedicated FREEFONE Telephone number 0800 0199964 where we will gladly book and confirm your booking.

Please remember that our current opening times are 06.00 am – 20.00 pm – Monday to Friday.


Bookings can be made online by visiting

Click City cars and “Book Now” and this will navigate to our online booking system.

Enter the details of your booking and press send and once we receive your request, we will reply with a confirmation with a payment link attached should you need to pay by card. Your Online booking is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation and payment is received unless prior arrangements have been made with our office.


City Car Rates

Any Airport pick up / drop off , Car Parking or any other unforeseen additional costs will be added to your booking at the time of payment as actual cost value.

The minimum fare is £10.00 which covers up to and including 5 miles.

The fare after 5 miles is £2.00 per mile or part of until and including the 17th mile.

The fare after the 17th mile will activate our Nationwide service rate which can be booked online or by a quotation from our chauffeur service team.

There will be a 5 minute Grace period from your booking time which will allow for any short delays and then a “Waiting Time “ rate will activate at £1.50 for every 5 minutes which will be added to your fare at the end of your journey.

Any “Via”s will be charged at a rate of £5.00 as a standard charge.



Cash Payments – Can be made in the car at the time of your booking and a receipt will be issued upon request.

Card Payments – Credit / Debit card payments must be paid prior to your journey unless an arrangement has been made for them to be charged out once your journey is complete.

All card payments are subject to VAT which will show on the online booking form if you are booking “Business Hire”, (Usually for Business and Corporate clients.)

No card payments will be taken in the car.

If you do not wish to pay VAT when making your online booking, please use the “Private Hire “  booking tab on the online booking form (Cash in the car) .

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS   Accounts are by prior arrangement only and must be paid by return by Bacs/ Card within 7 days.

Cancellation policy.

If a booking is cancelled by a customer before the car is despatched, then there is no cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled when the car is in place or there is no passenger at the time/place of the booking, then then the full amount is chargeable unless agreed otherwise.

COVID 19 Measures.

  • Drivers are required to wear gloves while carrying out transportation services.
  • Clients CANNOT sit in the front seats.
  • To ensure a safe service to keep a suitable, safe distance between the passengers on board, there should be only 2 passengers per saloon unless they are from the same family household.
  • For vehicles up to 8 seats (Including driver), there should be 2 people for each row unless they are from the same family household.
  • In order to ensure maximum safety, at the end of each single service, the driver will have to sanitise the vehicle, opening the windows and / or the doors, and will have to sanitize all surfaces where that the clients have come into contact with, using disinfectant liquid suitable for plastic and metal services with a disposable paper towel and wearing disposable gloves.
  • The passenger compartment of the vehicle used for transportation services will be equipped with a partition separating the driver from the rear seat passengers and will be fitted with an “Airbubbl” air purifying system.

These measures are being made to ensure everyone’s well-being on board. We wish you a safe journey.
