Pre-journey booking confirmation
To help you plan and keep track of your trip, we send you a pre-journey email confirmation, a reminder text at 5pm the evening before your booking with vehicle reg, driver name and contact details and a notification of our punctual arrival on the day.
Executive Chauffeur Licenced drivers
All of our chauffeurs are hand-picked by our Managing Director and rigorously assessed to ensure they are licenced, certified and up to standard to give you peace of mind and outstanding service with every trip. Each one has an Executive Chauffeur Licence with Leeds City Council, that includes an enhanced DBS (Disclosure) check, an in-depth medical and an advanced driver assessment.
Exclusively Mercedes
Our fleet is entirely made up of Mercedes vehicles, including the S-Class, E- Class 220 Premium and the V-Class 220. And to keep them looking their best, each one is valeted before every trip. Plus, we regularly invest in new vehicles to ensure all of our cars are under three years old.

I started working for Privilege Executive Cars in 2009 on a part time basis when my daughter was very young, as was the business. My role now includes managing all aspects of administration including accounts, finance & social media. I have worked at Privilege Executive Cars for 7 years now. I was originally employed as a Chauffeur full time in 2016, after 2 years driving in this role I was given the opportunity to further my career as Operations Manager and then promoted to Operations Director in 2022. My responsibilities’ include planning the weekly transfers, overseeing the bookings team, costing and booking new client transfers as well as liaising with all the chauffeurs to maintain a good working ethos. My job is exciting, fast paced and dynamic, I work with a fantastic team of professionals with never a dull day in the office and look forward to the next chapter within this exciting business.

All of our chauffeurs are rigorously assessed to ensure they licenced, certified and up to standard to give you peace of mind and outstanding service with every trip.
They are all required to obtain an Executive chauffer licence with Leeds City Council, this includes a full DBS (Disclosure) Check, an in-depth medical by an authorised GP and an advanced driver assessment to ensure they deliver a top-quality service at all times.
Each chauffeur wears a Privilege Executive Cars uniform to ensure every time you see them, they are presenting not only our company but your company as well, in a thoroughly professional, polished manner.
