Privilege Executive Cars Limited (PEC)

Service Standards & Safety

Punctuality is fundamental to our service standards and to meeting customer expectations. Our

licensed chauffeurs operate vehicles in a safe, courteous, and professional manner at all times,

adhering strictly to the Highway Code, prevailing road conditions, and all legal speed limits. All

PEC vehicles are GPS-tracked and continuously monitored to ensure passenger safety and

service quality.

Vehicle Care & Passenger Responsibility

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of our vehicles. Any

repairs, cleaning, or valeting required to return the vehicle to an acceptable working condition

will be charged to the client accordingly. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all PEC vehicles.

Data Protection & Communications

By providing your email address and contact number, you consent to PEC contacting you by

email or phone. PEC will not share your personal data with third parties without your prior

consent.

Use of Affiliates

PEC reserves the right to supply affiliate vehicles or chauffeurs where necessary to meet

customer requirements, including in the event of vehicle breakdown or accident. Any affiliate

engaged will provide a service equal to that offered directly by PEC.

Journey Conduct

PEC vehicles, chauffeurs, and affiliates are fully insured under our fleet insurance and public

liability policies. PEC accepts no responsibility for passengers’ personal property, which is

carried entirely at the owner’s risk.

Lost Property

PEC operates a lost property policy. Items found will be held at our office and returned to the

client or passenger at the earliest reasonable opportunity, should immediate return not be

possible.

 

 

Right to Refuse Service

PEC reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger suspected to be under the influence

of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour poses a risk to the chauffeur, vehicle, or other

passengers.

Online Booking

Bookings may be made by emailing all required details to

bookings@privilegeexecutivecars.com or online via www.privilegeexecutivecars.com by

selecting “Get a Quote”. Online bookings are not confirmed until written confirmation has been

issued and payment has been received, unless prior arrangements have been agreed.

Payments & Billing

•  Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, and BACS bank transfer for approved account customers.

• Card payments must be made in advance of the journey unless otherwise agreed.

• No card payments will be accepted in the vehicle.

• VAT applies to all card payments and will be shown where applicable.

• Account customers are subject to strict 30-day payment terms.

• All payments must be made in GBP (£).

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made after the vehicle has been dispatched will incur a 50% charge.

• If the vehicle arrives at the agreed location and no passenger is present, the full fare will be charged.

• A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges, unless otherwise agreed by the Privilege Executive Cars team.
